James Bay Neighbourhood  Association

honouring our history, building our future

We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month

Recycle Saturday

The James Bay Neighbourhood Association (JBNA) runs a once-a-month recycling depot. It’s a handy way to recycle items that you can’t recycle through your home collection service.

When? Third Saturday of every month, 10 am – noon.

Where? Corner of Simcoe and Oswego, on the James Bay School grounds.

Cost? By donation (cash or e-transfer). All donations go towards covering the costs of running the recycling depot

Before you come:

  1. Read through the list of what is and isn’t recyclable below.
  2. Sort your materials by type.
  3. Ensure your recyclables are clean. (Items heavily contaminated with food or other debris can’t be recycled; a few crumbs or stains are okay).
