  • June 14th 2023: CALUC meeting for revised plans
  • May 2023: Revised plans posted on Development tracker
  • January 2023: There is a project delay so there will not be a February CALUC
  • December 14th 2022: 131-139 Update discussion (not a CALUC)

  • June 10th & 27th 2022: Application added to the Development Tracker

The amendment proposed by Stephen Andrew is passed; there will now be a community meeting on July 13th. A video of this segment of the 9thJune meeting follows:

June 7th 2022 Councillor Stephen Andrew hosts a Zoom Meeting

June 3, 2022: Mayor Helps has forwarded a motion for consideration and ratification by Council next week.  The motion proposes the co-mingling of the Montreal/Kingston/Quebec “Tower” proposal and the redevelopment of 131/135/139 Menzies and the waiving of the Community Meeting for the Menzies project.  Councillor Liaison Stephen Andrew wishes to seek your views on this, in a timely manner.  To facilitate opportunities for residents to speak to him, prior to Mayor and Council’s decision on this matter.
